JUSTIN LUIS DENIS is a WRITER/DIRECTOR/PRODUCER of funny, ungodly, and contemplative things. Spawned from the same legendary concrete that gave the world Rosario Dawson and Robert De Niro- a.k.a NYC’s Lower East Side- his work often revolves around the proverbial shadows cast by Giants. And by Giants, he doesn’t mean exceedingly tall- he means spiritual/ emotional/ philosophical Giants. Giants who live their every day unaware of their Giantness, who gift people like him, Giant strength to tell stories about them. And he tries to do it in a way that’s entertaining, unpreachy, and thoroughly rewatchable*.

Through his Production Company, DIORAMA PICTURES, he also produces short-form commercial content for the Internet.

One day he hopes his uncle will retell the entire plot of one of his movies as enthusiastically as he does “Godzilla Minus One.”

*Once he was approached by a shadowy entity about purchasing the rights to use “Award-Winning Filmmaker” in every blurb ever written about him, in perpetuity, but before he could click “Hell Yeah” he realized he didn’t need the validation cuz all he ever wanted was his audience to think about his work as thoroughly rewatchable.
